This innovative product will maximize utilization of whey from the Naturmælk dairy, which will improve the economic situation for the dairy sector and thus also for dairy farmers.
The Greenery is a market-oriented horticultural cooperative and one of the leading corporations in Europe in the vegetable, fruit and mushroom sector. The Greenery introduced an effective way to improve the competitive performance of the cooperative in collaboration with its partners in the food chain. In concrete terms, The Greenery developed an information system together with its members and its clients, based on an online database that continuously monitors the MRLs (Maximum Residue Levels) of all products throughout all stages of distribution.
This close collaboration with partners in the food chain allows The Greenery to promote their image as a key food and vegetable provider among major European retailers.
